Ciclo de Jazz 2023
The Fundación Unicaja has curated an exciting lineup of jazz concerts at the Sala Unicaja de Conciertos María Cristina. The series kicks off on April 29th with the Masha Ocean Quartet, who will offer a fresh take on classic jazz tunes, with Ocean’s captivating vocals taking center stage. On May 13th, the Lluís Capdevila Trío will take the stage, featuring Capdevila on piano alongside a talented drummer and double bassist who are sure to impress with their impressive skills. The final concert in the series, on May 26th, will feature Perico Sambeat, one of Spain’s most renowned jazz musicians. Fulanita Fest 2023
Fulanita Fest returns to Marenostrum Fuengirola on May 13th, 2023, after the success of its first edition in 2022, with even bigger goals. This festival is not just any ordinary music festival, but a revolutionary one that focuses on promoting female artists. The festival’s organizers are the owners of Fulanita De Tal, a popular establishment in Spain that celebrates and raises awareness of the lesbian movement. Local music icon Javier Ojeda is sponsoring the event. If you enjoy supporting worthy causes, don’t miss the chance to attend Fulanita Fest. VIII Bienal de Arte Flamenco de Málaga
The VIII Bienal de Arte Flamenco de Málaga is set to take place this May in over 15 municipalities across the Costa del Sol.
